This site is linked to the Marvel TV Network portal which also covers Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and some new shows heading direct to Netflix.

We have been working on a community website for the new television series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which is due to begin airing this September. The series was developed out of the Marvel movie franchise which includes Iron Man and The Avengers, the third highest grossing movie of all times.
The website is graphically designed to fit in with the style of the show and includes a news blog, community forums, a live chat room and wiki.
We are about to launch the new website for PreEmpt Pre Employment Services. The site has been created using a content management system enabling the client to make updates to the content as required.
The site’s color theme is based on the company logo.

The Star Hotel, Sale have been clients of Anchor Web Design since 2006. We created their first website and worked with them over the years to maintain and keep it up to date. The time came this year for a completely fresh new look. The hotel owners came to us with some very specific ideas and examples of other websites they really liked the feel of. What they wanted had been achieved by others with the use of Flash however while flash can look “flashy” it comes with a whole set of problems, including the inability of search engines to read it, displaying nothing but a blank page on popular mobile devices and the inability of the end user to update or make even small changes themselves.
We worked hard over the the course of a couple of months and devised ways to create the specific look and feel they were after, but without using any Flash making the site look both dynamic and appealing but without losing any of the aspects that make the site search-engine and mobile device friendly. We also gave them the ability to make changes and update the site themselves using a content management system.
Before we even added the final touches the business owner said “Very close to 10/10. Just ask…I don’t give out to many of those!”
